for Win xp open notepad and paste this and save as .reg  Copy from Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00 to last number 17.

If this doesn't work, launch Windows Task Manager, go to processes search for wgatray.exe and end it.
Restart and boot machine in safe mode,find system 32 and change wgatray.exe and wgalogon.exe to . flv
Restart machine then delete them from System 3d folder.
